Course Description:
 

Many exciting dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this kind of diving puts you at risk.

 

The SSI Deep Diving Specialty offered at The Dive Academy will give you the ability to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives beyond 18 meters, and is a prerequisite for some advanced training.

This Certification Course may be applied toward the Advanced Open Water Diver Certification.

Please note: This course will introduce you to a technical gear set-up, and therefore some modifications may be required to your regulator configuration.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum OWD Certification

Course Includes:

• Online Digital Learning

• 3 Classroom Sessions

• 1 Shallow Pool Sessions

• 1 Deep Pool Session

• 4 Open Water Checkout Dives

• Use of Scuba Tank and Stage Tank Kit

• Boat Charter Fees

• Personal Dive Gear (dive computer, mask, snorkel, fins, boots)
